Story
Hi, for people that don’t already know, I volunteer at Holbrook Animal Rescue and would like to raise some money to help with the veterinary costs for a dog called Vicki! Vicki is a beautiful cross dachshund who has been rescued from streets abroad. She was involved in an accident which left her with a broken leg. Unfortunately because of the leg being left untreated it has mended itself and left it straight. She can no longer bend it and it is of no use to her. In fact it is a hindrance and gets in the way! The vet has advised that is should be amputated as this will make her life much more comfortable and once again be able to run around without a leg dragging. Obviously the vet’s bill is going to be a huge amount so I am asking people to be generous and give as much or as little as they can!! Thank you Denise
