Hi everyone.

Thanks for supporting us this year but we are now ready for the "Greatest Show" its here again.... Great North Run Weekend.We are all supporting the Scott Bell Fund please check out the fund page to read about Scott which has been set up in his memory by his wife Louise at www.scottbellfund.com. Scott was diagnosed with Motor Neurone Disease at the age of 35 and for 2 and a half years heroically fought it.

To everyone that knows us you will know that we have also lost Judith and Linda to this horrendous disease.

We have been competing in the Scott Bell Running Club challenges every month since April that Louise organises the challenges are great and we always show a bit of " healthy competitive spirit" !!! the kids have completed fun run races, we've swam in freezing lakes but we're ready....

Kids are doing Junior Great North Run and I will be "thrashing" Neil this year running across the Tyne Bridge.....its got to be my year …. surely.
