Jean Frazer lost her life tragically, in a fire, in her home. She was a well known character around Brixham - for a little lady, she had a larger than life personality. Her passing came as a massive shock to everyone. She was fun loving, always had an interesting story to tell, was very knowledgeable and could often tell a bizarre story which later you'd find to be true. She loved a small bet on the horses, she supported local shops and charities and would want to help anyone in need. The community of Brixham want to try and raise enough money to give her the send off she deserves.
