This federation I have joined is new to me called the WNBF, it is a well established and organised federation and felt privileged and an honour to have the opportunity to show what a 69 years young bodybuilder can do on their stage.

I wanted to compete in this competition as they were going to the world championships in Boston,United States on the 23/24th November 2024.

I was up with some great competitors who was in the group I was put in,they were all phenomenal,I knew this was going to be a tough competition,we all put our effort on stage to the judges and the audience.

I had some kind of spark that caught the audience and the judges which Lead me to get an invitation to compete overseas in the United States.

I feel very honoured to be a part of the team which will be going to Boston.

I am currently looking for sponsorship for me to participate in the WNBF world championship,if there is anyone who is interested in sponsoring me I would be most grateful.

I was given 8 weeks to live with prostate cancer when I was 42 years young,I am now 69 years young and I do a lot of work in publicising awareness of prostate cancer.If any organisation or groups who would sponsor me,I would do a workshop/talks to boost the awareness around prostate cancer that is killing so many men. The sponsorship would go towards the cost of going to Boston,I am asking for as much support as possible.I know the time is short,I want to be with the WNBF and bring back the trophy for the Over 60s Masters.
