Eat Sleep Ride CIC based near Reston is so much more than a riding stable. Dani and her amazing team of volunteers help transform the lives of people who are in desperate need of escapism, therapy, companionship and much more. When I see a child smile to see a horse, touch a horse, groom a horse, ride a horse i see hurts beginning to heal and a new future blossoming.

This riding school with a twist is a non profit Community Interest Company. As well as raising funds from riding lessons, they rely on donations and fundraising to help keep on transforming lives.

My daughter has volunteered here for almost two years and even she has benefitted greatly - becoming more confident and compassionate and empathic. I want more people to continue to benefit from Dani and the gang so I’m braving the skies and have signed up to do a tandem skydive on Sunday 29th September 2019. I hate heights and a recent trip to Blackpool Tower’s glass floor confirmed this 😱
