    Story

The Manchester Munich Memorial Foundation (MMMF) is dedicated to preserving the legacy of the Munich 1958 Air Disaster and ensuring that this legacy is handed on to future generations.

We endeavour to keep the memory of the Busby Babes preserved and enhanced, through raising charitable donations, and through supporting charitable works in Manchester, Munich and Belgrade.

In Munich, we support two football childrens charities, Pikassio Libero (integrating asylum seekers) and Buntkictgut (everyone included, disaffected kids).

In Manchester we support the Depaul childrens charity. Helping fund young homeless children getting set up in their 1st homes.

In Belgrade, at Harry Greggs request, we now support a University linked junior football club, FK Studenski Grad, endorsed by the GB Embassy and Partizan Belgrade.

We also endeavour to keep the Babes remembered into the future by sponsoring an adult who has never attended the annual ceremony of remembrance in Munich itself to attend with a young relative under 18 and play a part in the proceedings .

Your support helps us to help these fantastic childrens organisations and preserve and enhance the legacy of our beloved Busby Babes.

This year we are aiming to raise a minimum of £5000.00. Please be as generous as you can be.

All monies raised goes to support these childrens’ organisations and related activities
