Hi! My name is Desiré, thank you for taking the time to read my story...

I purchased a flat in Kent 8 months ago. To date this has been my greatest achievement considering I was 23 when I purchased the property and on a modest beauty therapist salary (still am!)

With the help of my boyfriend renovations are underway. The flat is not yet in a habitable state and I use this platform to assist me fund the final stages of the renovation.

As a young, single lady in full time employment there are no benefits I can claim. Instead I work 6 days a week to fund this project. I have exhausted all avenues to generate funds including renting my car on multiple platforms (which has now had a detrimental effect on my clutch!). Previously I was a host on Airbnb when living in rented accommodation, this allowed me to save for the renovation.

I have grown up in a council property all my life, my mother kicked me out the family home at age 20 and this prompted me to go down the route of buying a property. I have worked hard as well as relied on innovative ideas to generate income which has led me to this website. I hope you can support me!
