The students of Jemus Jungkung Jammeh Memorial Nursery and Lower Basic School in The Gambia lack basic educational materials and supplies in their classrooms needed to help aid them in furthering their learning. To help provide the children with necessary school supplies, contribute to the new builds planned to extend the school, and pay the hard working teachers' salary, I will be participating in a daunting charity skydive on the 24th of August, in an attempt to raise at least £600 for the school. After the money has been raised, myself and other students from Solihull Sixth Form College will be travelling to The Gambia in November 2018, and will be going to the school every morning for a week, teaching children, aged 4 to 6, using a wide range of fun and compelling activities. Any donations would be massively appreciated, myself and the students & teachers at Jemus Jungkung Jammeh Memorial Nursery and Lower Basic School would be extremely grateful.
