3 Peaks, 1 Classroom
We're looking for sponsorship to tackle the national 3 peaks challenge on the 16th April 2026.
An intrepid group of staff, sixth formers and year 11 students are heading to Fort William to battle Ben Nevis, down to the Lake District for a quick scamper up Scafell Pike, followed by a saunter up Snowdon.
The total walking distance is approximately 23 miles with a total ascent of over 3,000 m, plus about 462 miles of driving between. All in 24 hours!
We're doing this to support our Tanzania Project.
So far this year we've been able to send money for vital supplies in time for the start of the school year. Our donations mean more children in the area around Amani School will have be able to attend school. Without our help, many will miss out on an education.
Our goal this year though is to hit a total of £10,000. This means we can build a much needed classroom for friends at Amani School. Two huge year groups are currently sharing a room. Each group has use of the room for half a day. One new classroom means we can stop these children missing out on a whole year of schooling.
