Every 2 years the World Transplant games are held all over the World this year we are the host nation, they are being held in Newcastle.

The games are for anyone that has had a life saving organ transplant without which these people would have died. They competed in there own country and have been selected to take part in the World Games.

I had a life saving Liver Transplant without which I would not have 10 extra years with my family.

To take part in the games we sadly have to pay our registration fee and all our accommodation and kit ourselves.

The games are being held 17th of August to the 24th I will be taking part in the cycling, which I believe is free to watch as most of sports are........more info on this will follow.
