My cousin Marius was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2016. Marius is 43 years old, he was a firefighter and he is married with two children, 5 year old daughter Mara and 18 year old son Denis. Marius has to go to Bucharest for treatment (chemotherapy and radiotherapy), four times a month, a 380 miles round trip from where he lives as there is no possibility for him to stay in Bucharest for the duration of his treatment. Not only that he has to battle this horrendous illness but he has to travel so much to get treatment and he has very little financial support. Marius is now unable to work and support his family. Marius is one of the most generous, kindhearted and helpful person I have ever known. He was so passionate about his job as a firefighter and he is so devastated that he can no longer do the job he loved so much. I'm raising as much money as possible to help him pay for his treatment and travel costs. My husband and I will do a bungee jump on 3 February 2017.
