My Husband Ryan took his own life on 11/06/2018 he was suffering Mental Health problems. In memory of him and on his 1st year Anniversary of his death I will be walking Mount Errigal 11/06/2019, in his memory to raise awareness of Suicide and the after effects it leaves behind. All donations will go to MENd mental health organisation also sponsored by Ryan's dearest friend Kevin Pyke proprietor of Pyke n Pomme's.

Ryan was a charismatic, intelligent, loving man and the kindest person I knew. He is missed dearly by his Loved ones, Family, Friends and Work Colleagues.
We hope if doing this in his memory even helps one person to heal and end their suffering this would be enough. Life is very precious and not having Ryan in this World is very tragic and was such a devastating loss to all that loved and knew him.

MENd mental health can reach out and help Men who have given up on life and help heal their hurt and I personally recommend this organisation for helping our Husbands, Son,s Brother,s Father,s even Grand-Father's and Friend,s to realise that it OK not to be OK and things will eventually get better. Sadly this was not to be for My Ryan. Please donate and help the Men of Derry and surrounding Communities as Ryan has left a lot of broken hearts but his memory will live on and he will never be forgotten.
