The Folklore Library and Archive is committed to providing free access to valuable and rare folklore materials from around the world, in order to further education, provide research tools and materials, and promote interest in our history.

A large part of this is a programme of digitising as many of our holdings as possible so that they can be freely accessed anywhere in the world.

Our progress in this area has led to our having to purchase a new level of online preservation and storage to deliver and futureproof these materials.

As a non-profit registering for charitable status, we currently rely on our own income generation and fundraising to provide this access. If you are able, please give a small amount to help this cause and make use of our materials. Thank you.
