I am trying to raise finds for my 22 year old daighter to have an amzing graduation celebration.Why do i think she desrves this? She jas been working hard since being at college doing a levels and throughout the time we jave experienced a number of deaths in the family but she has continued on through the struggles.Ig all started with the loss of my brother her uncle ,this happened at the start of her journey and was a shock to the whole family she was very close to her uncle and took it hard.She continued her studies and then im her second year of a levels my mother her maternal grandmother became ill with cancer and she still carried on.Just before she was due to take her exams her other grandmother her fathers mum died suddenly ,this was an enormous shock to the family and especially sian who had a very close relationship with her grandmother.However she still done her exams and got into the iniversity of her choice.She had all but just started university and my mother her maternal grandmother deteriated in the february after she started her university course.My daughter came to the hospital and literally soent every day for two weeks by her grandmothers side watching her die,it was very traumatic and even then she managed to do an essay that was due and get a A for it.My mother passed away that february. Then 5 months later my father passed away from cancer.Through it all sian soildered on even when people said she should take time out.She had been so close to both get grandparents and misses them dearly.Now finally she has completed her degree and will be graduating in july as a family we do not have alot of money but i feel soan deserves to have a masdive celebration for what she has achieved through such traumatic circumstances.I feel humbled when i look at what my daughter has done i myself woukd have given up.I am so proud of her and she has in addition been a great support to myself and her father through iur losses.She is a beautiful person inside and out and i just want her to have a wonderful memory to help shade the many bad ones.The reason i started this page is because when i spoke to her after her final exam she said mum i just wish i could celebrate properly its been so hard and now i feel i cant even reward myself.I cried when i came off the phone as i know i am in no position to give her the celebration she desrves.This is why i am asking for help for a young woman who really has achieved amazing things and overcome trauma and loss in a very comendable way.
