District Musicians are embarking on an ambitious program of activity over the next 2 years, taking shared music-making opportunities to people living with dementia in their homes, as well as in hospitals and specialist residential homes. We need your support to bring much-needed access to music for people isolated by dementia in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Sheffield!
