    Story

Thankyou for visiting my just giving page.

On the 14th October, Dion Llwyd-Hopcroft will be walking for 24hours non-stop, along the Wales coastal path. Starting from llanfair,Harlech. Please help Dion by pledging a donation. In aid of the Josh's Tree House Project!

Joshua Llwyd-Hopcroft at just 18 committed suicide. No one will ever know why he did this, but it pains his friends, family and loved ones to think that maybe if he had talked to someone about what he was going through then this utter tragedy could have been prevented.

Josh has devastatingly left behind Sue and Dion (mother and father) his 2 sisters Ceri and Shannon, his brother Sion and his nieces and nephew along with his many other close family and friends.

(The Josh’s Tree house project will be a non-profitable charity in Llanfair near Harlech. The creators of the charity (Sue & Dion) plan to erect a building (cabin) that will be used for private counselling sessions, speaks, group talks, bereavement sessions and most importantly educational talks about suicide prevention. They also hope to set up a memorial garden in memory of josh, alongside the tree house project. A place of solace to come when you need it the most. Josh’s tree house project will make a big impact on people’s mental health and help with obtaining independence and stability within the community.)

Thankyou for your time and donation!

All the best with your challenge Dion. I think about you as a family often. Josh was such a beautiful and popular young man. A fitting memory in which to remember Josh and help others. x
