I have been a father for 10 years now, and more than ever I understand the need for education to give children an opportunity in life. We are fortunate in western society that we have this gift of education, but in other parts of the world, this isn't so freely available. I endeavour to raise awareness and sponsorship by going on a 7 day canoe safari in 2018 along the crocodile infested Zambezi river and my aim is to raise at least £15,000 in order for 10 children to be gifted an education in rural Zambia. This endeavour will be a very basic affair, camping under the stars with the African wildlife all around me, hoping I don't get eaten by anything..!
