Story

'Tony the Dogfather' born Tony Waters is a British Bahraini expatriate who has dedicated the last 18 years of his life to rescuing and rehabilitating abused and neglected animals.

Tony's incredible story all began when his daughter started rescuing stray animals from the streets of Bahrain and purely through the kindness of his heart he has since dedicated his life to saving those animals, taking in the ones that no one else will.

At the centre we don't just rescue Dogs, we also have rescue cats, birds, goats and even a Baboon named Pat Boon

As well as caring for the animals Tony also runs an educational program at the centre visiting schools nationwide, teaching children on the importance of animal welfare.

Since the centre opened in 2009 Tony has rescued thousands of animals giving them a loving home and through the generosity and kindness of donations the centre continues to thrive.

If you are an animal lover and would like to play a part in our continued efforts to rescue and rehabilitate abused and neglected animals please donate to this incredibly worthwhile cause.
