After hitting our target of £2700, we have increased the target to £3000 in the hope that the extra £300 will help us to purchase an extra battery pack for the drone to keep it flying for longer.
*update 17th Febuary- WOW! With your generous donations we have hit our target! Any amounts over now will go towards fees and extra batteries for the drone! Please keep sharing and donating if you are in a position to ❤️
Thank you!
After Maggie the boxer is reunited after a 2 week search in Luton LU3, we have seen just how effective Drones can be at covering a lot of ground quickly and without disturbing a missing dog in hiding.

During Maggies search we had some access to a camera drone and, whilst this gave us a great understanding of the terrain we were dealing with and find areas she could have been hiding to then search these areas on foot with our hand held thermal camera-it became clear that having a Thermal Drone would hugely improve our searches.
Thermal Drones, unlike camera Drones - are able to find a dog hiding under the cover of trees and bushes using thermal detection to pick up any heat sources and can also been flown at night, when a dog in survival mode is mostly likely to be active.
We're hoping to raise £2,700 to fund a drone which has both a camera view as well as thermal view.
I appreciate that times are really hard for everyone, any donation amount is greatly appreciated. (You can choose to donate any amount rather than the suggested amount- a minumum of £2 I believe. You can also edit the percentage of your donation which gets donated to 'just giving' to as low as 5% of your donation rather than the automatic 15% if you choose to)
