Story

On Thursday 8th March we received a phone call to say that our dearest friend Michal passed away... suddenly, at the age of 34, he died at work, just like that...no goodbye or see you later- no nothing. It is hard to describe what sort of person he was, funny and loving life, the best host you could ever imagine- the minute you walked into his house for a coffee, he would magically set up the table with a full 3 course dinner, dessert and a few vodka shots to keep you warm. This sort of person he was, a friend that would never miss your birthday, a carrying person that always made sure to make you feel good in his company and most of all a wonderful father to two beautiful little boys. He wasn't feeling well lately and started seeing more and more doctors, but wouldn't tell what was the reason he was out of breath quickly- I guess, he didn't want to worry his family. His youngest boy Frankie is only 4 months old... and Michu is gone. He left an empty spot in our lives that will never be replaced, and he will never be forgotten. He also left his wife and two little boys ripped out of their dreams and future. Asia is on maternity leave with a very little financial support (£150 a week) and is not able to support herself, not mentioning the cost of sending Michal's body from Hereford, where he lived for the past 13 years, back to Poland to get him burried. She needs help in this difficult time and here is why we reach out to you. Together we can make it a little easier for her to be able to mourn her husband's death and not worry about how she is going to pay her bills now (all money donated here goes directly onto Asia's bank account). Death in a family is difficult for everyone, but it is not something that should happen to a 32 year old woman, who is now a widow, with 4,5 year old boy and 4 months old baby to look after xxx
