Story

Hope Street provides, validation, hope and inspiration for those struggling with their mental health, whilst creating a positive conversation about mental health. By raising my target of £600 we will be able to secure funding to continue holding our events at Chapel Gallery.

Although still relatively new Hope Street is already helping others with a recent visitor contacting us to say:

"just want to say thank you to you and Dom for making me feel so welcome- feel like I have got more out of tonight than I have done in several months, it's such a positive thing"

Hope Street is a community project and by donating you will not only be making an impact in the local community but also enabling us to concentrate on accessing additional funding that will mean we can take out into a much larger area and provide additional services within the community, helping even more people.

To raise funds on 8th July I will be completing the Lakeland Trails Ultra Marathon, a 35 mile trail run described as "a tough challenging course that includes 7,000 ft of Ascent/descent including 3 mountain passes.

Ultimately Hope Street can help someone you know, you just may not know they need help yet.
