Dom was well known and loved by everyone at the Deaner. He is part of the fabric of the place, never to be forgotten.

Since his sudden and tragic death on the 3rd October, many of us have been talking about how to remember him in a practical and lasting way. Friends and family at the Deaner feel that a drinking fountain would be a good thing to have reinstalled in the park. We might call it The Domlane Drinking Fountain!

People use the park every day, training hard on boards, bikes, scooters, in the courts etc. Water is essential. We are sure Dom would love this idea.

Further research is being carried out about the practicalities and costing of such a project. Information will be updated as it happens.

There have been other ideas about fund raising such as a group "Dom triathlon" which sounds great. Please get in touch with any ideas.

This £2000 target is a good starting point but we may need to raise more as the project develops. Thank you all for your support.
