In memory of Andrew, who was chair of governors at Burdett coutts primary school, we would like to establish a separate literacy fund in his name. The fund would be used to purchase additional books for prizes for all and writing workshops / inspirational educational visits for disadvantaged pupils.

Although the school is in the heart of Westminster many of the pupils at Burdett-Coutts are not from privileged backgrounds and there are real opportunities to make a lasting impact on these children - as Andrew tried to do through his work at the school.

The school will also name thier library the Andrew Woodward Library.
