Read the tribute for Abbys Heroes you will understand why this is desperately close to our hearts.
Words like courageous, fearless, amazing, and awesome are so easily handed out when we talk about our brave children fighting cancer. To lose that child is a world of words i fear daily and never want to ever hear.
I love this family. I wish we met under different circumstances but they are gift non the less.

8 years agoSo I have made it to 4.5 miles. Paul has gusty his knee and toby has had a week of tests..... but we are determined to complete the 4 and 8 miles of grim. Swamps, bog, hills, and yuck..... How ever long it takes us.... Abby's heroes is nearly there for charity Statius but the work has yet to start. The need is so great...... I am humbled to be part of this generous group of people. Let's mke it happen xx Thank you everyone who has already supported us. Tobys is super blessed by you all xx

the Grim is 8 miles of mud, swamp and more mud and more swamps. ouch. Abby made the world a better place, she lost her fight against cancer at just age 11, bereaved Sally is now setting up Abbys heroes to make a difference to others in her position and abby would approve!
