The War Memorials in Cross and Borve are over twenty years old. A detailed survey carried out recently by Craig Frew Building Conservation Ltd. (Frew Conservation) discovered both memorials require extensive remedial work. The cost of this work will be around £40,000.

The committee have been successful in raising much of this money through its own fundraising efforts and grants but we need your help to reach the full target. If we are successful in raising the full amount, work on the war memorials can commence in May 2024.

Without urgent intervention the memorials will continue to deteriorate and could become a danger to the public.
