Story
Approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. Increasing worries about health, work, family etc, can make it harder for people to cope. Coping with mental health is getting worst as the number of people who self harm and have suicidal thoughts is increasing. Specialst help is not readily available or easily accessible. The therapy centre will be community based, offer free confidential advice online and in the community, 24/7 help, online tools and help from diverse professionals
