I'm raising £8000 to Help Donte Fight for Justice and Immigration Status

Hello, my name is Donte L. Ragan.
I was adopted from the U.S. by British parents on August 11, 1999, and have lived in the UK ever since. Despite this, I now face life without immigration status due to legal oversights and systemic failings.
Because my adoptive parents never completed the necessary registration, I was left vulnerable when the Immigration Acts of 2014 and 2016 came into effect—laws that did not consider the impact on adopted children like me who arrived before the Hague Convention was implemented.
As a result:
I’ve been unable to work legally and have experienced long periods of destitution.
I was kicked out at age 16, and have had no contact or support from my adoptive parents since.
I’m now pursuing legal action to challenge this injustice and push for long-overdue Citizenship status.
I currently have no access to public funds or income and urgently need help to cover legal costs and basic living expenses as I fight this battle.
If you believe in fairness, justice, and protecting human rights—please consider supporting or sharing my campaign. Every bit helps.
Thank you for reading and for your compassion.
