Hurricane Dorian struck the Bahamas with catastrophic winds and heavy rain over Labor Day weekend. The damage is extensive. When a disaster like this strikes, it is devastating to the individuals who have to rebuild their lives.
I have learned that Dorian has deeply affected a dear friend of mine, Jessica Watkins, and her family. Her family still resides in the Bahamas, and all of their homes lie destroyed in the wake of Dorian. Her family shared a video with her which you can see here:
I know there are always incredible individuals who step up and do the right thing when called to do so. On behalf of the Watkins family, I ask that you please give what you can. All funds will go directly to the family to help them rebuild their homes and their lives.
