Help my father finish building his house.

My father should retire this summer, and enjoy his pension but instead he works a 9 to 5 and after that he spends the rest of his day working on the house in order to finish it and move in.
The story of how it all happened is dramatic and at this point I don't want to point fingers or blame the company he contracted, so in order to have peace we want to forgive.
My father spent last winter in a 12 m2 cabin because he sold his appartment in order to pay for the house and it wasn't ready on time, so he built a small cabin as a shelter for winter.
Having no money to hire another company and having a mortgage already the only option was for him to do it on his own. He did a great job and I am so proud of him but at the same time it hurts and it is sad that he has to endure this when instead, at this age he should relax and take it easy.
