Weʼve raised £1,790 to Provide Christmas toy boxes for children whose parents have fallen on tough times. Also, distribute food parcels to those that need help.

Story
As president of the Rotary Club of Gourock, This year we have made it our mission to try and help as many children and families this Christmas who will go without presents on this magical day.
COVID 19 has destroyed many families lives through no fault of their own, and we would like to try and help them by easing the financial pressure and ensuring children will not go without this Christmas.
As a club, we have decided to support various charities who will gratefully receive any funds we can provide and distribute to those children who have nothing.
If you can help in any way, we would be extremely grateful. To make life easy should you wish to contribute anything towards our appeal. Should we reach our target we will direct spare funds for food to those in most need?

4 years agoRotary Club of Gourock Kids Xmas presents. Our appeal has 2 days to run and to date, we have received £1740 of our Just Giving target of £2000. Cheques paid directly to our club account has swollen our funds to over £3300 so a massive thank you, please keep it going

4 years agoThank you to everyone who helped us to provide children with Xmas presents living in a family refuge centre this year. This must be a very distressful time for any child. With your help, the Rotary Club of Gourock and Rotary GB & NI hopes to put smiles on every child living in this place of safety during the festive period. Our appeal has 6 days to run and to date, we have received £1545 of our Just Giving target of £2000. Cheques paid directly to our club account has swollen our funds to over £3000 so a massive thank you, please keep it going
