Help raise funds for Ms. Lulue Chea, who broke her spine and fractured her left arm when she was hit by a car, whilst crossing the street, in Liberia. In Liberia, there are no surgeons specializing in spinal operations and she needs this urgent life saving operation.

Because her parents are poor, some friends of her's sold some of their possessions, raised $7,300 US Dollars and airlifted her to a specialist hospital, Korle Bu Teaching Hospital, in Accra, Ghana.

She has been examined, x-rayed and admitted since 3 months.

The hospital is now charging $4, 500 to perform the operation but her family and friends are only left with $600 after using the amount raised on airfares for Lulue, who was stretchered. Her mother accompanied her.

The hospital has threatened to discharge her from their wards if the money is not deposited into their accounts.

Lulue cannot walk. She has been bedridden since the accident 3 months ago and is beginning to sustain bed sores. Her condition is worsening everyday.

I am urgently appealing to you for your donations to help Lulue Chea undergo this life saving operation on her spinal cord and left arm. Before the accident, Lulue was full of life, generous to all who she came across and always smiling.

We are afraid, if Lulue discharged without this operation being carried out her condition may deteriorate and she may lose her life.
