Times are tough for so many right now, but our community is stronger than ever. That’s why I’m supporting the amazing work of Shoreham foodbank, who are providing a lifeline to the most vulnerable amongst us.

So I’m taking on the Downs Link cycle path to Guilford and home again, 75 miles all on my trusty bike ‘Buckaroo’, from a baseline of zero sporting prowess... crazy huh?!

Please please see what you can find down the back of your sofa and throw some virtual coins in the pot. This is one of those occasions when every pound really can make a difference.
