Didsbury Playing Fields Association (a registered charity) is responsible for the upkeep of Didsbury Sports Ground. It has been hit badly by flooding. When the water levels drop it will need a great deal of effort from the volunteers who use the facilities, to clean out all the sludge, repair the water damaged changing rooms and lower ground storage. Employ drainage specialists to restore connections with the mains and generally clear the fields from debris washed into them.
