I've raised £750 to provide fantastic new equipment for the playground at Millfields Community School.

Sadly, the 100 mile event became a 92 mile event 😭😭😭😭 due to a diversion before Leith Hill. I can only assume there was an accident, or the conditions for the downhill part of the Hill were not favourable. 🙈 Unlike last years event, where I didn't stop once in the 100 miles, we were stopped 🚫 around six or seven times 🚫 this year, with two accidents happening right by us. 🚑🚑 This event has averaged around a death a year, so the organizers are right to be cautious.
However, it was still a great day's cycling, and despite the rain and winds ☔💨🚴☔💨🚴☔💨🚴☔💨🚴 I really enjoyed 😊😊😊😊 this years event more than the previous three. Despite losing eight miles on the course, I was really enjoying the cycling, an average of 16.55 mph for 92 miles in wet and blustery conditions showing my enjoyment, along with completing two 🌄🌄 of the three hills (Newlands Corner and Box Hill). I was really happy on the day. 😊😊😊😊 To see the actual 92 miles, and the nine time zones 🌐 I traveled through, please visit

for a quick 90 second tour. You can also see where I hit 40 mph, equaling a personal best for fastest speed. 😳🙈
Even with less miles completed in the event, I did manage to beat last years total for the whole day, by 10 miles, for a new record of 137.95 miles 🏆 Now I know, 150 miles is coming, hopefully next year! 🎆🎆🎆🎆
Thank you to everyone who has kindly sponsored me so far 💕💕💕💕 £795.00 has been raised. Your kind donations and beautiful words 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜💜 continue to amaze me and inspire me to greater mileage, roll on 2019! 💪
