____________________________
2019 had a horrific start for Old Girl Rachel Braim (2006-2011, Clive).
She was involved in a house fire. Rachel was able to get a housemate and eventually herself to saftey. Despite her efforts, 3 died in the fire (link attached).
Thankfully, Rachel escaped with no physical injuries. However, she is obviously traumatized and has lost all personal possessions, clothes, toiletries, kitchen items, bike, car keys/unsure if cars damaged, ID, bank cards etc etc
She has shelter, and some clothes and items given by friends and family. Her work have been able to offer support for her. Rachel also volunteers for local air cadets.
I was hoping that Dukies may wish to spread the financial burden of her rebuilding her life between us. Even £1 as a gesture will add up!
Hope you all have a safe and healthy new year x

5 years agoRachel is incredibly grateful for all of the support and donations. This amount will really help get her back on track. Therefore, I have asked for the page to be closed and the funds to be processed asap. Rachel still appreciates any well wishes being posted, but asks that any further donations be directed to the Boston Fire Department or Pilgrim Hospital.
