The players and coaching staff at Dumbarton Accies are looking to raise money for the club and the mental health charity "Men Matter Scotland" by walking up Ben Lomond twice in one day!

We are looking to raise as much as possible and splitting whatever we raise equally between the club and our chosen charity.

Dumbarton Academy F.P. recognise the impact local clubs can have on the physical, social and emotional wellbeing of individuals. We place high value on being able and willing to contribute in ways that will benefit other people, no matter how small that contribution may be.

MEN MATTER SCOTLAND: Men Matter Scotland is a positive support network for men living in Scotland. They provide support, services, sessions and groups aimed at both preventing and responding to mental health crisis and suicide. Their aim is to provide a service where men can talk about any problems, get involved in local activities, make a difference to their community and engage in training programmes.

We have decided to fundraise for this organisation as we recognise the mental health challenges that men all over Scotland experience every day, particularly during this unprecedented time. It is so important that men feel like they can talk about problems they may be encountering in their lives and Men Matter Scotland provides a support network that allows them to do this.

Any donation big or small is much appreciated as we take on this challenge!
