I'm part of a mutual aid group called Food Not Bombs Dundee. During the Covid-19 crisis we have been making sure that people have had access to masks, wipes and hand sanitiser alongside the usual food, hot drinks, toiletries, and support we've been providing to our community for a few of years. As we approach winter and temperatures are dropping people have been asking us for sleeping bags, warm jackets & waterproofs. Both last year and in 2019 we were able to fundraise to provide people with four season sleeping bags, hats, gloves, and scarves so that people sleeping rough in Dundee could keep a little warmer & we're hoping that with this fundraiser we can do the same again.
