Story

We are looking for your help to fight the fraud and corruption being used against the elderly by local councils and their unlawful courts.

Councils and their courts are abusing the 2005 Mental Capacity Act to take control of elderly people's lives and property then hand it over to social workers rather than a member of their own family.

Every year the Court of Protection deem thousands of people to ‘lack mental capacity’ so that control of their lives and property can be handed over to social workers and other state officers.

Tens of thousands of people have been forcibly incarcerated in care homes and hospitals against their wishes and are being unlawfully detained.

Those that have had the unfortunate experience of dealing with the Court of Protection, will know that this court is secretive and must be shut down as it is used for private gain by unscrupulous individuals.

We need a court system that is transparent, accountable and not managed by usurpers and fraudsters.

Councils are unlawfully taking control of the houses and pensions of elderly people for their own benefit.

These unlawful acts against people constitute a flagrant abuse of their rights.

The councils and their courts are using false and fraudulent documents to carry out their larceny and must be brought to justice.

The ground work has already been done and we have substantial admissible and prima facie evidence to bring these people to account for their actions.

We are looking to raise £10,000 to expose the wrongdoing that they are using to unlawfully take over elderly people's property, pensions and take away their liberty.

Help us to fight this cause as one day it might be you, a friend or a family member that is affected by these usurpers.

The money raised will be used to bring the wrongdoers to account for their actions, court fees, travel, accommodation and expenses.

Thanks for taking the time to visit this JustGiving page and giving it your support.
