Story
Local people within our community are needing help!
The Dyce foodbank is supplying more and more care packages to families in need within the town and nearby local communities due the COVID-19 lockdown. As more families turn to the food bank for help and assistance, there is an ever increasing need for re-stocking goods to be distributed to those most in need.
Our campaign aims to raise funds to keep the food bank replenished with non-perishable items in a bid to give something back to the community in which we are a part of.
We aim to raise £1000 by 1st June 2020
The food bank is a small Scottish registered charity organisation (SC016950), who provide food and household items to those seeking assitance in the local community. Since the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, they have become part of the Grampian Covid-19 assistance hub; a larger organisation which aims to provide a larger scale service across Bucksburn, Stoneywood/Dyce, and Newmachar/Kingseat.

Your donations will be used wholly to purchase food, personal hygine and other household goods to replenish their stocks, and help them meet increased demand during this tough and uncertain time.
Please, where possible make your donation GiftAid eligible- it means your donation gets boosted by 25% and the Foodbank reaps the additional benefit!
#ShareYourShopping
Additionally, if you're unable to donate funds. but wish contribute physical, non-perishable items to the cause, there are two main ways to do this:

2. Contact the food bank collection number on 01224 771 295, and they will arrange a collection time whilst observing the appropriate social distancing measures
We really appreciate you taking time to learn about our campaign, and hope you will donate what you can to a worthy local cause with a direct imapct within our community.
