Dylan was a remarkable little boy, surpassing all expectations and continuely surprising everyone. We owe so much to the incredible individuals that cared for him, teams that supported us, and organisations that kept us all together for so long.

Haven House Childrens Hospice has been our lifeline, with music, yoga and physio therapies keeping Dylan active and giving us a loving community of friends.
