    Story

I started track cycling only 10months ago after competing for GB in the youth bobsleigh squad. I've fallen in love with track cycling and have been recognised to have serious potential after being signed on to a new team with Olympic, world class athletes. Unfortunately as I work as a full time carer I find having the time off work and financially very difficult now. I'm unable to get to the track (nearest one is 170miles away from me) very often. I've invested my savings in to a average track bike (best one I could afford) and have bought new handle bars to upgrade it. I'm realising as well as others, I have great potential to go far in the sport but I feel my equipment and cost of travel is holding me back. I need new disc wheels which second hand I could get for about £800. It's my passion and my happiness and I'd be extremely greatful for any help at all. Thank you so much for your time,
    Emily
