I'm raising £1,500 for a community food bank growing project E4Grows. So I have signed up to take on a challenge of a triathlon at Blenheim palace on the 6th June 2026 to help raise much needed funds to keep this fantastic project going.

This project was set up by Teresa Edmans in 2020 to support local people through the covid pandemic. The project has grown and continues to support over 85 families and 170 individuals in the local area of Waltham Forest.

This project is supported by a group of local volunteers dedicating their time to planting, weeding, harvesting and delivering the food they help grow.

All the money raised supports ongoing costs of renting the plots, maintaining the site, buying fresh seeds and equipment needed to keep growing all year round.
