HELP US SAVE LIVES.
This June, Rosie and I will walk our third Camino in four years.
Not for the recognition.
Not for the finish line.
Not for ourselves.
We are walking for the people who never made it to tomorrow.
Over the past few years, we have lost friends and work colleagues to suicide. Good people. Loved people. People with families, futures, and lives still left to live.
And the hardest part is this:
Many of them suffered silently.
Together, with your incredible support, our previous two Caminos have raised more than £63,000 for ALPS (All Lives Are Precious).
But the heartbreaking truth is that the need for help continues to grow.
ALPS now delivers around 3,000 hours of professional counselling and therapy every year, completely free of charge to those who need it most.
On 29th June 2026, we will begin walking over 120km from Vigo to Santiago de Compostela over five days.
Every blister.
Every hill.
Every exhausted step.
One purpose.
To help someone hold on.
To help someone feel seen.
To help save lives.
