Wow! Two incredible weeks in Nepal have come to an end! It deaf-initely was the trip of a lifetime! We spent a few days volunteering in a deaf school, renovating the staffroom ready to welcome the teachers back after the holidays, as well as doing cultural and social activities with the students. We loved every minute. Thank you to everyone who supported us for this trip, we really appreciated it and hope the school love their new staffroom!

*CHANGE OF DESTINATION* Hello, You may have heard of the recent events in Sri Lanka. Due to security reasons, Voluntears have redirected the trip to Nepal. 'The Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) advise against all non-essential travel to Sri Lanka and this is unlikely to change in the coming few weeks due to the reported ongoing security threats' Although we're sad not to be going to SL, our safety is paramount! But, we are excited to volunteer in a Deaf School in Nepal, learning some Nepali Sign Language! We still welcome any donations!
