I've raised £3500 to Help SSAFA, Meningitis Research, Greyhound Trust and Rotary Club of King's Lynn Trinity Charity

East2West
A fundraising page has been set up to support the following and moneys raised will be split: 30% SSAFA, 30% Meningitis Research Foundation, 30%The Greyhound Trust and 10% King's Lynn Trinity Rotary Charities.
On 21st June 2021 Bob Hindry, Charles Muff and Thomas Hindry will attempt to travel from the most eastern point to the most western point in Great Britain in one day between sunrise and sunset. A distance of approximately 650 miles in a car. In doing so they will be stopping at the lowest and most central points, also crossing the meridian.
The reason for attempting this was to mark Bob’s 70th year with a record of achievement and adventure. The idea was developed during lockdown, reflecting on the lives lost during 2020 and particularly a 98 year old war veteran Tom Twite who died in April 2020 who had done more in his life time than most of us will ever see or do. So because of this Bob wished to do something challenging.
Tom Hindry (Bob's son) was critically ill when he was 5 years old through Meningitis.
Charles supports the work carried out by the Greyhound Trust for retired greyhounds.
Rotary Club of King's Lynn Trinity provides welcome support for a number of local charities.
