THE CHANGING ROOMS AT EAST BIERLEY PLAYING FIELDS ARE FINALLY BEING REBUILT!!!

This is happening as there is a newly formed association called "East Bierley Community Sports Association" which have taken over the running of the site from the Council. EBCSA is run by local volunteers from Birkenshaw Rugby, Hunsworth FC, East Bierley FC and the local community who have managed to secure funds to develop the site. The funds raised to date cover about 50% of the cost of the full works so the remaining money has been covered by way of a long term loan from Kirkless Council.

The loan is for £175,000.00 so we are desperate to raise funds to pay this back so that we can concentrate our efforts and get back to our main goal which is to provide a fantastic sporting venue for all who want to use it.
