This Christmas, singers from the Cotswold Youth Singers under the directorship of Jane Williams, together organist and pianist Chris Amys are embarking upon a fundraiser for charity, whilst also bringing some festive cheer to everyone in what will be a very different Christmas in 2020.

Between Advent Sunday and Christmas Day, for 27 consecutive days, videos will be uploaded via YouTube, Facebook and Twitter of Chris and the Cotswold Youth Singers, including a number of soloists, performing popular Christmas and Advent Carols and Anthems.

In turn, we are asking members of the public to make donations to this Just Giving Page. Monies raised will be shared 50/50 between The Children’s Society and St Michael and All Angels Church Eastington.

These two organisations have been chosen because COVID-19 has resulted in the cancellation of Christmas Church Services at St Michael and All Angels, which not only means reduced Christmas collections for the church, but also means the annual Christingle collection for The Children’s Society is not able to take place.

We hope that you thoroughly enjoy the music which will be uploaded this Christmas, whilst also being generous with your donations. Monies raised will ensure we are able to support the vital work the church and The Children’s Society this Christmas, and in the years ahead.
