Story
My aim is to spread more awareness of mental health. It should be taken seriously 27 days a week 365 days a year and not just a for a few days when something terrible happens. As a sufferer of depression, anxiety and PTSD, I would like others to speak up and not feel undermined or judged for speaking about their issues.
