Encourage the local community to come together and sing! Chats Community Choir is open to all with a specific focus on being elderly-friendly. Create new friendships and renew old ones whilst developing our musical skills and understanding of each other across cultures and generations. Sessions will be free and will take place during the daytime in the friendly informal atmosphere at Chats Palace.
Can’t sing? - it doesn’t matter as we will help you to learn. Can sing? - come and help others!
Repertoire is diverse and includes songs from within the group, and even songs created by the group.

The aim is to have twelve weekly practice and development sessions under the guidance of a choir leader. Then in December we will have two Saturday evening shows and a Saturday afternoon show to display our songs. We will invite our community for a sing along and show our unity through our songs.
