    Story

Eclipse Gymnastics is a non-profit club with it's gymnasts at it's heart. Children from 16months up join us weekly for fun, engaging and rewarding classes where they can participate in a fantastic sport. We offer classes for pre-schoolers, beginners, development, teens, disability, tumbling and sports acro and we've got lots more to offer 😊

All our coaches work hard to ensure each child is treated as an individual to meet their own goals. Our dedicated team of coaches volunteer their time and are a great asset to the club.

As we have grown in numbers it has become apparent that we need more space to be allow children that want to try our sport the opportunity. Along with this we have a sport acrobatic group that compete on a 12x12m floor, yet our training venue is a 10x10m school hall and this is wall to wall not the actual space available to is. This means they don't get the opportunity to practice on a full floor. With this in mind they are placed at a disadvantage when entering competitions against other competitors. We want the best for our team, and whilst they work very hard on their moves and the performance they need , being able to run their routine in the space required would be lovely.

Knowing how hard it is to find a suitable venue at a cost a small club can afford without having to pass these charges on to parents we hope to be able to find a venue that can be used by other small groups. We want to share our venue and become a hub for local community.

We are working alongside British Gymnastics to reach our aim of a dedicated space and have workmen at hand to enable us to transform any space that becomes available. But, funds are a problem- whilst we can cover rental cost as we currently pay out a lot each month having the funds behind us needed to secure a venue is hard to accumulate. We hope that this page along with other fundraising efforts will help in the support of our dream.
